Rachel Potter represents businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation matters, in both state and federal forums. Her work includes representing clients in professional negligence, personal injury, products liability, premise liability, and commercial disputes.
Before joining Gass Weber Mullins, Ms. Potter worked at a highly-regarded plaintiff’s firm. Her background gives her a unique understanding of how both sides approach a case.
Ms. Potter graduated cum laude from University of Wisconsin Law School. During law school, she was an active participant in mock trial and was a clinical student at the Wisconsin Innocence Project, where she was a member of a team of students that successfully exonerated a wrongfully convicted inmate. Ms. Potter received her undergraduate degree cum laude from Syracuse University, where she majored in political science and sociology.
Ms. Potter is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Western District of Wisconsin, and the Western District of Michigan.
